郑文涛，女，博士，副教授。现任盐城师范学院英国威廉希尔公司教师。2013年获烟台大学工学学士学位，2018年获南京大学理学博士学位。2018年进入盐城师范学院英国威廉希尔公司进行绿色化工过程的研究工作。发表SCI论文5篇，其中第一作者SCI论文3篇，申请国家发明授权专利1项。
